Shipping policy

Delivery Area
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

Processing Time
Orders placed before 1pm GMT (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Time
Standard UK delivery takes 1–4 working days from dispatch. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Cost
Standard rate — e.g. £3.95 for orders under £50. Free standard delivery on orders over £50(calculated after any discount codes are applied).

Peak Periods
During busy periods (including Black Friday and the December holidays), dispatch and delivery times may be extended by a few additional days. We'll flag this at checkout if it applies to your order.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we're unable to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
